1. A member can only post 5 messages a day, unless it is absolutely necessary. If you organise your thoughts you will not need even 5 mails to express yourselves(There is no limit for mails which are informative and relevant . Other wise the limit per day per person is 5 mails, but members are requested to avoid unclear, un-informative or out of context posts all together.)
2. All messages must be related to guidance/help and support to victims' cases.
3. There should not be any use of bad language in the messages.
4. There must not be personal arguments on the forum. Please go private for mud slinging.
5. One liner messages should strictly be relevant to cases. Be clear in your communications, take time to frame your messages to be informative.
6. News items can be posted only if they benefit the common cause. Else they will be moderated. Please make blog and put your view for more audience.
7. Reminders for events can be set using the calendar of the group, please get in touch with the moderators if you need assistance.
8. Moderators hold the right to edit membership rights looking at the frequency and quality of postings.
9. To suggest or give inputs to the Moderators please mail directly to saveindianfamily-owner@yahoogroups.com , sometimes messages to main group may not get the attention they deserve.
10. Members *must* remove the long e-mail chains while replying. Also never reply to digest (and never attach the whole digest).
11. More than anything self-regulate your actions in the group.
The above rules have been set so that our mothers and sisters can also become active members and discuss. (rule 3 and 4). These rules were instituted for the betterment of the group, if you have suggestions do let us know.

RULE 2-Members to Mention Detail of HOMETOWN
Please make sure You mention your hometown when you are sending any query, also
mention city/state in which case is pending. This will give us fair idea and
will help us provide better point of contact and also advice contact no's and
location of meetings in your hometown. It shall be helpful to you.
RULE 3- Try to solve problems from Local Point of Contact during weekly Meeting.
People coming to meetings know the importance of attending meetings. you must
try not to miss. In fact, if you are out of town, try attending meetings of
other cities. It will help you to learn more from others too. also, The advice
given by moderators will be concise and may not be case accurate whereas city
heads will see your cases in depth and might advise you better. In fact,
moderators are no one else, it�s among those city heads/seniors only.
So, try to follow RULE 3.

RULE 4- Promote your Local Chapter, Promote Sif.
All members must not feel ashamed of their cases...till now you must be aware
that you are not the only one. There are thousands like you...
but people don�t want to come ahead like you. Every one hesitates until he comes forward and finally realizes how helpful n beneficiary it was.
so, it should be our objective to promote SIFF/LOCAL CHAPTERS in your public
gathering or train/bus travel. Believe me I have found so many people victim of
such laws while travelling in Trains.
so, Please spread the message for awareness.
RULE 5- Do not indulge in controversies/mud-smudging
Do not indulge in controversies with one another in the group. And no
mud-smudging, no provocation. Ensure such kind of act reflects that you might be the reason for misunderstanding between you and your wife. so if you don�t want to be called culprit of your poor relation avoid this...!!!
RULE 6- APPLY KISS METHOD
Keep It Simple and Small (KISS).
do not prolong your message so that moderator/owners are worried seeing the
message at its first sight.. KISS messages will attract more attention than long messages...!!
Do understand that moderators have to read 100's of msgs daily..so KISS..
RULE 7- Think beyond the boundaries that Do Not Exists!!
Do create as many NGO's For men all over country as Possible...we need to beat
MAHILA AAYOG, NCW, CAW..
So every city shall have one NGO of for our support..
And by the end of this year the figure shall touch 100...

[SaveIndianFamily] Re: IO of 498a case police person u/s 41 cr.pc -URGENT!!!!
Brother,
On the date of hearing of my AB informant was made OP earlier but didn't turned up though the Notice was served and court has the proof of delivery of the notice.
The HC Judge gave date after a week for final order but no protection has been given to me.
Infact the Notice from police has been given to my mother by force saying me to appear before court on certain date but as per court record no such order exists.
So I have written a letter to JM Court with a copy to IO requesting for 15 days time.
I have then made IA before the HC which was heard within 48 hrs but no order was passed saying order will be passed at the time of hearing of AB.
Police tried to arrest me from the court recently which I escaped and written letter to all Police higher ups regarding the Home ministry notice and 41a notice which has not been served.
Please advice have I done the above things correctly.
